The Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration has undertaken to make its websites accessible in accordance with Real Decreto 1112/2018, of September 7, on accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector (hereinafter, Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7).

The European directive is based on the EN 301 549 standard "Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services" and this, in turn, is an adaptation of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

This website is partially in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, due to the lack of conformity of the aspects indicated below.

    In some of the pages there could be the following unfulfilled criteria related to the EN 301 549 standard "Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services" and this, in turn, is an adaptation of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) (criteria specified in parentheses)
